These statistics were compiled from approximately one year of actuai <br />use oP the existing facility which is one half the size of the 2940 - W. Marine <br />View Drive location. <br />Please note this property carries the proper zoning for the proposed use as a <br />health club. It is located to the east of a residential area and west of a <br />mixed commercial office and automobile sales and repair stiops. <br />For the mos[ part the auto repair shops work 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. <br />_. The existing fitness center is located one block due west on ldall Street in the <br />middle of the suto repair shops, without off street parking, and without any <br />apparent conflict with tlie otlier street parking users. <br />The c1uU operates betwzen tlie hours of G:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with the peak <br />hours occurring betweeu the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and <br />6:30 p.m..
