The new owners of Waits came over and introduced themselves to my husband and i. They <br /> assured us they will abide by laws, and run a clean buisness. I stressed to them that nearly 30 years of the <br /> opposite will be hard to ignore, and I have to be shown. <br /> Sure enough, despite a Stop Work order being given yesterday, they were back at it at 6:30am this morning, <br /> and are at it tonight, 6pm, I can hear a power saw of some sort. It's so very frustrating that this "buisness" has <br /> such a blatant disregard for the city's rules and regulations.
