CITY OF EVERETT <br /> PERMIT SERVICES <br /> Instructions for Permit Processing: <br /> 1. Please fill out the Public Works Permit Application enclosed. We will need the following <br /> completed: <br /> NryiOv a. In Project Site Information box, fill out the project address only. <br /> `Mk b. In Description of Site Work box, check the fence in right-of-way (ROW) box and <br /> list the height that the fence will be. <br /> N -ic. In Contact Information box, please fill out the owner and contact sections. You <br /> do not need a contractor, so that information is not required. Please leave blank <br /> unless you are hiring a contractor to do this work. <br /> Ntea -)Cd. Sign and date the application at the bottom of the permit application. <br /> 2. Draw on the printed diagram of your property the location of where the fence will be. <br /> This typically is shown as a line and labeled as fence with the height. <br /> a. Please fax in both the completed application and the fence location diagram to the City <br /> of Everett Permit Services at 425-257-8857. <br /> a. From there, we will perform the following tasks: <br /> i. Write your permit <br /> ii. Call for credit card payment <br /> iii. Fax the paid for, approved permit back to you for your use. Conditions <br /> will be listed on the permit and the permit must be posted and visible <br /> from the street at all times during construction. <br /> 4. Construct Fence. <br /> 5. When the fence construction is complete, call for inspection at 425-257-8881 to leave <br /> an inspection request on the voicemail line. You will need your permit number and <br /> property address for the inspection to take place. The inspector will come out the next <br /> day and will sign off on your permit. <br /> 6.
