January 23, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:30 <br /> p.m., January 23, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. <br /> Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, <br /> it was found that Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, <br /> Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the January 16, 2019, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report from the Twin Creek- <br /> Cascade View and the Pinehurst-Beverly Park Neighborhood meetings. <br /> Council Member Vogeli provided a liaison report from the Senior Center <br /> Advisory Board. She stated she attended the Casino Road Stakeholders <br /> meeting and the Historical Commission meeting on Tuesday. <br /> Council Member Roberts stated that Sound Transit has asked to brief <br /> Council on the ST3 Lynnwood expansion. He also thanked staff for the <br /> installation of the crosswalk at Alverson Boulevard and West Marine View <br /> Drive. <br /> Council Member Tuohy also thanked Ryan Sass and staff for the installation <br /> of the crosswalk at Alverson Boulevard and West Marine View Drive. <br /> Council Member Bader, on behalf of Mayor Franklin, presented a <br /> recommendation for an appointment to the Lodging Tax Advisory Board. <br /> 29 <br />
