WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of a portion of State Street, a portion of 17th Street, and alleyways within Blocks 324 and 325, Plat of Riverdale Addition, as more legally described as follows: ALL THOSE PORTIONS OF: THE NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY WITHIN BLOCK 324, RIVERDALE ADDITION,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 10 OF PLATS, PAGE 45, IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY,WASHINGTON. THE EAST-WEST ALLEY WITHIN BLOCK 324, RIVERDALE ADDITION, LYING BETWEEN THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF GRAND AVENUE AND THE SOUTHERLY PROJECTED EAST LINE OF LOT 9 OF SAID BLOCK 324. 17TH STREET BETWEEN THE LIMITS OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF GRAND AVENUE AND THE SOUTHERLY PROJECTED EAST LINE OF LOT 20, BLOCK 324, RIVERDALE ADDITION.
