Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11"x 17". <br /> 1. Provide lateral analysis prepared by a licensed WA State Structural Engineer. <br /> 2. Specify whole house ventilation system per M1507.3 International Residential Code. <br /> Show requirements for the whole house ventilation system on plans (M1507.3.4, <br /> M1507.3.5, M1507.3.6 or M1507.3.7). <br /> 3. Provide stair details including rise, run, stringer size and quantity, guard construction <br /> and handrail. <br /> 4. Label safety glass in hazardous locations as defined in section R308 IRC. <br /> 5. Provide roof ventilation calculation for new roof. Show vent locations, size and quantity. <br /> 6. Projections cannot extend over the property line (overhang on the south side). <br /> 7. Specify ridge board size at over framing between the bedroom and the kitchen. <br /> 8.
