It is recommended that the existing side sewer is inspected prior to the construction of the proposed garage. It appears to be running directly under the existing garage and may require upgrades prior to construction taking place over the existing side sewer. The Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) must be met for the portion of the side sewer under the proposed garage structure. The side sewer may need to be upgraded to meet UPC for the portion that will be under the structure or may need to be re-routed to not be located under the proposed garage. Obtain a Side Sewer Alteration Permit($30)from Everett Permit Services. 10. Paving shall extend from the garage doors to the existing paving in the alley.
