See attached Archi�ectural Building Plans, including Cover Sheet, Floor Plans, <br />Elevations, Deiails, and Schedules. <br />2. The building shall be provided with an automatic fire detection system. See General <br />Note #17 sheet A0.1 and #26 sheet A1.1. Fire detection system to be design build <br />and plans submitted to the Fire Marshal under separate application. <br />3. See Cover Sheet A 0.1 for Project Data, including building area, construction type, <br />occupancy type and occupant load. <br />4. The exterior wall at the �vest property line shall be of one hour construction per UL# <br />U418see floor plans sheet A1.1 and wall types sheet A3.1. <br />5. The mezzanine is enclosed and has been revised to met second floor code <br />requirements <br />6. Ventilation shall be provided per section 1202.2. Ventilation shall be provided thru <br />HVAC System, design build. <br />Exiting: <br />1. See attached Architectural Floor Plans sheet A1.1. <br />2.
