5. Premise Identification - Premises shall be claariy identifed by the correct address at the <br />street 2ntry Buildings shall be dearly identifed so as to be visible and legible from the <br />access road. Individual apartments and suites, �vhere aoplicable, shall be clearly and <br />legibl/ identified from the access road. Sez EMC 16.03, Section 505.1.1 (Address Pcsting <br />Palicy). <br />10-inch address numbers vvill be required. <br />6 A fire hydrant shall be located within 10 to 75 feet of a fire deoartment connection or <br />standpipe per 2009 IFC, Section 903.3.1. <br />7. �ir2 HVdrants - Locations as planned are acceptable. <br />8. Kitch�ens - Install a K-type fire extinguisher within 30 feet of the grill and deep iryers. <br />11. Fire Alarm Svstem -An approved automatic fire detection system shall oe piovided as <br />required by City Ordinance No. 3021-07, Chapter 16.76, of the Evzrett PAunicipal Code <br />Plans (or such system shall be submitted to the Fire Code Official for revie�v and approval <br />prior to installation. Submiltal shall include cut sheets of all equipment intended for use. <br />Appropriate trip tests, w�itnessed by a Fire Department Inspector, shall be performed, <br />along with a certificate of completion, prior to final acceptance of the system. <br />Fire alarm sysiems shall be installed according to NFPA Chapter 72. Changes to plans must include new drawings and <br />calculations and must be approved by lhe Fire Department Plan Reviewer prior to <br />instaliation Fire alarm installation is subject to field inspection by a Fire Department <br />Inspector. An approved set of plans and the Engireering 8 Publfc Services Department <br />electrical permit must be present (or any installaGon inspeclion. <br />Fire alarm systems sl�all be installed under permit of the City of Everetl Engineering E <br />Public Services Department.
