(5) CB 1901-05 — 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Citywide Intersection Signing" Fund 303, Program 105, as established by Ordinance No. 3447-15. (3rd and final reading on 2-13-19). (6) CB 1901-06 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the Special Construction Fund entitled, "Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild Project." Fund 342, Program 024, as established by Ordinance No. 3599-18. (3rd and final reading on 2-20-19). CONSENT: (7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $2,460,314.79 for the period of January 19, 2019 through January 25, 2019. (8) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,248,481.04 for the period ending January 19, 2019. (9) Authorize the purchase of 27 Ford Vehicles from Bickford Motors utilizing Snohomish County contract #062-16SR-EVT #2018-065 in the amount of $1,112,158.73, including Washington sales tax. ACTION ITEMS: (10) Adopt Resolution authorizing the implementation of a service of convenience fee on credit and debit card transactions.
