b <br /> • <br /> 1: 1"11- <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled "Everett <br /> Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild <br /> Project", Fund 342, Program 024, as established by Ordinance 3599-18. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council recognized the need to replace the Chiller unit and rebuild <br /> the Cooling Tower located within the Everett Performing Arts Building located at 2710 <br /> Wetmore Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, funding from Capital Improvement Program 1 (CIP 1) was established to <br /> complete the Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower <br /> Rebuild Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Everett Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling <br /> Tower Rebuild Project has been completed; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund 342, Program 024 entitled "Everett <br /> Performing Arts Building Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild Project" be <br /> closed. <br /> Section 2: The final revenues and expenses p es for "Everett Performing Arts Building <br /> Chiller Replacement and Cooling Tower Rebuild Project", Fund 342, Program 024 are <br /> as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP1 $425,000.00 <br /> Total $425,000.00 <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Construction $373,000.13 <br /> Project Costs $ 21,250.92 <br /> Transfer Out — to CIP 1 $ 30,748.95 <br /> Total $425,000.00 <br /> 22 <br />
