5.1.5 Notwithstandingthe above, Socrata must not take anyaction that would affect (a) the Customer's ability to use goods and services provided under this Agreement or (b) Socrata's s obligations under this Agreement. 5.1.6 Socrata will fully cooperate with the Customer in identifying and assembling records in case of any public disclosure request. 5.2 Customer's Confidential Information. 5.2.1 The following are hereby designated to be the Customer's Confidential Information: the Customer's Data (records,files,forms, data and other documents), meta-Data embedded in the Data and Customer documents, Customer employee information including but not limited to names, address, Social Security numbers, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, financial profiles, credit card information, driver's license numbers, medical data, law enforcement records, and such other Confidential information as may be designated by the Customer to Socrata. 5.2.2 Except for disclosure of the Customer's Confidential Information to the Customer in order to comply with RCW 42.56, Socrata shall maintain all Confidential Information of the Customer in strict confidence, at least to the same extent as it protects the confidentiality of its own confidential information of like kind, but in no event with less than reasonable care. 5.2.3 Socrata shall not at any time use, publish, sell, reproduce or disclose any Confidential Information,except for disclosure to the Customer in order to comply with RCW 42.56 and except to authorized officers, employees,contractors and agents requiring such information.The use or disclosure by Socrata of any Customer information not necessary for,or directly connected with, the performance of Socrata's responsibility with respect to Services is prohibited except upon the express written consent of the Customer. 5.2.4 Socrata shall take all steps necessary, including without limitation oral and written instructions to all authorized officers, employees, contractors and agents to safeguard the Customer's Confidential Information in accordance with applicable federal and State law and regulation and this Agreement against unauthorized disclosure, reproduction,publication or use. 5.2.5 Socrata, and its officers, employees, contractors and agents shall at all times comply with all security standards, practices, and procedures which are equal to or exceed those of the Customer with respect to information and materials which come into Socrata's possession. 5.2.6 Socrata shall store Customer's confidential information in the United States, and shall not move it to another geographical location without the Customer's written permission. 5.2.7 Socrata shall comply with RCW 19.255.010 state data breach notification law.
