• Service Provider will not initiate recovery efforts,but can provide guidance to the City <br /> as to the advantages and consequences of recovery action and the potential impact on <br /> plan participants. <br /> 2. Professional Fees. For Services stated in above Scope of Services, the City will pay the <br /> Service Provider professional fees as follows: <br /> a) Due within 10 days of execution of Agreement $16,000.00 <br /> b)Due within 10 days of receipt of the Final Report $16,000.00 <br /> 3. Travel Expenses. All reasonable travel related expenses, including airfare, lodging, food <br /> and transportation will be billed in addition to those Professional Fees.
