Activity: <br /> The Minor Home Repair will serve Insert number of people to serve 90 persons by providing <br /> Enter the program and/or activity descri necessary health and safety related home repairs, based on the <br /> guidelines listed above in "Program Delivery". Recipients of home repair services will be <br /> homeowners living within the city limits of Everett. Eligible homeowners are 62 years of age and <br /> older with incomes at or below 60% of area median income, and homeowners with disabilities 18 <br /> years of age and older with incomes at or below 60% of area median income. The Minor Home <br /> Repair program uses two (2) income-related categories to set priorities for work to be performed for <br /> eligible clients. Income Level I is households with incomes at or below 40% of median family income, <br /> which receive labor free of charge, but are asked to donate toward the cost of materials.
