Activity: <br /> The Minor Home Repair will serve Insert number of people to serve 90 persons by providing <br /> Enter the program and/or activity descri necessary health and safety related home repairs, based on the <br /> guidelines listed above in "Program Delivery". Recipients of home repair services will be <br /> homeowners living within the city limits of Everett. Eligible homeowners are 62 years of age and <br /> older with incomes at or below 60% of area median income, and homeowners with disabilities 18 <br /> years of age and older with incomes at or below 60% of area median income. The Minor Home <br /> Repair program uses two (2) income-related categories to set priorities for work to be performed for <br /> eligible clients. Income Level I is households with incomes at or below 40% of median family income, <br /> which receive labor free of charge, but are asked to donate toward the cost of materials. Income <br /> Level II is households with incomes between 40% and 60% of area median income, which pay for all <br /> materials, and are asked to donate toward the cost of labor . <br /> General Administration <br /> [Description of general administrative services to be performed in support of activities noted above] <br /> Homage Senior Services' general administrative functions include Executive, Finance, Human <br /> Resources, Information Technology, Contracting and Grants Management. <br /> A-2 <br />
