ADVANCED <br /> UTILITY SYST EMS <br /> Introduction <br /> The City of Everett and Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (Advanced) entered into a Scope of Work <br /> Agreement (the Agreement) on October 12, 2017. The Project Overview section (Change Control) of the <br /> Scope of Work provides that "Any changes to the project which impact project scope, schedule and/or <br /> costs must go through a Scope of Work Amendment process" <br /> Based on that provision, Advanced presents the following Change Order to the City of Everett. <br /> Scope: <br /> A change order to add 200 hours for the associated activities is required to extend the upgrade timeline <br /> to completion and Go Live. This represents an additional 3 months (beginning January 2019) and is the <br /> time that was mutually agreed upon based on the shared schedule (Everett Project Schedule (20181212) <br /> v1.1) culminating in an April 1, 2019 Go-Live. If activities push beyond the 3 month period,the City of <br /> Everett and AUS will need to discuss next steps via the Change Order process. <br /> Change Details: <br /> The project extension will provide an additional 200 hours to the project to cover the additional tasks <br /> and phases needed for Go Live. Note that, where applicable, approximate durations/months have been <br /> added in brackets for each based on discussions between AUS and Everett.These include: <br /> 1. Project Management (3 months) <br /> a. Weekly updates to status report, project schedule, and Team Support list. Weekly <br /> project team meetings <br /> 2. Technical Support (3 months) <br /> a. Team Support Ticket review and updates <br /> b. Upgrade V4 Prod to build 4.1.56 <br /> c. On-going issue resolution <br /> 3. ITC data conversion and testing support(January/February—6 weeks) <br /> a. Prep and post conversion tasks, conversion process review, error <br /> investigation/resolution <br /> b. Resources to provide assistance during testing and issue resolution <br /> 4. UAT data conversion and testing support(March—2.5 weeks) <br /> a. Prep and post conversion tasks, conversion process review, error <br /> investigation/resolution <br /> b. Resources to provide assistance during testing and issue resolution <br /> 5. Go Live data conversion, activities and Support (March 28-April 4) <br /> a. Prep and post conversion tasks, conversion process review, error <br /> investigation/resolution <br /> 6.
