The hospital recognizes that the application fees and plan check fees are non-refundable and that any plan approval and/or permits approved will be contingent upon the liospital obtaining the special property use permit and variances which are now pending before the City's Hearing Examiner. The hospital recognizes that the special property use permit or variances could be denied or conditioned in such a way that any such plan approval could be vo:d or reyuire plan amendment.
