The Forum consists of the Cities of <br /> Seattle, Tacoma and Everett in addition to Cascade Water Alliance and other water associations in the <br /> three-county region. Over three years ago,the Forum embarked on a regional water supply resiliency <br /> project. The objective of this project was to examine the resilience of water supply systems within the <br /> three-county region with respect to earthquakes,water quality incidents, draught and climate change and to <br /> identify regional strategies that would increase their resiliency. <br /> This brief presentation will introduce the Council to the risks,mitigation measures and the concept of Post <br /> Event Level of Service (PE-LOS). <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> 1 <br />
