The existingJohn Deere is beingreplaced (H ) because it has exceeded its useful life and meets the criteria for miles/hours,age, and maintenance cost, along with ent John Deere is listed in the 2019 budget determination of user group. The replacement replacement list year t�' p p associated with Vehicle Replacement Fund 126. This equipment is available for purchase from Pape' Machinery through the Sourcewell/NJPA competitively awarded contract#032515-JDC—EVT#2019-006. The City has an Interlocal agreement with Sourcewell/NJPA that allows for purchases from its competitively awarded contracts in lieu of soliciting bids on our own. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize purchase of a John Deere Back Loader from Pape Machinery using Sourcewell/NJPA contract,in the amount of$131,317.56, including Washington Sta&ales tax.
