EXHIBIT C <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Introduction <br /> The City desires to establish a software support agreement with Advisicon,Inc. This support agreement <br /> provides for professional Microsoft Project,Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365 advice,periodic <br /> system checks, focused training,and on-call support as needed. <br /> Task 1 -Training and configuration assistance <br /> Schedule focused sessions to"train the trainer"as needed to incorporate new software features and <br /> benefits. <br /> Provide configuration advice and upgrade deployment assistance for Microsoft Project,Power BI, <br /> SharePoint, and Office 365.Advisicon has expert level familiarity with the City's established IT <br /> infrastructure and personnel. This assistance is of particular importance due to the complexity of <br /> approaching maintenance upgrades. <br /> Fee for Task 1 —Not to exceed$8,000.00 <br /> Task 2—Management Reserve(Miscellaneous On-Call Support Services) <br /> May be authorized on a case by case basis to provide on-call support to the City staff system <br /> administrators regarding Microsoft Project,Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.Typical issues may <br /> include system performance and platform interoperability, document control errors, file locking, security <br /> and access. (Management Reserve at 15%) <br /> Fee for Task 2—Not to exceed$1,200.00 <br />
