February 13, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., February 13, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members <br /> Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council Members <br /> Roberts and Stonecipher were excused. <br /> Council Member Vogeli led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 6, 2019, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Member Moore abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin provided a report on recent snow conditions and closures. <br /> She stated the City's priorities have been to keep the roads clear and <br /> community members and city teams safe. She thanked city crews and staff <br /> for their work and residents for their helpful assistance. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Members echoed the Mayor's comments, thanked staff and first <br /> responders for their hard work mitigating weather challenges, and reminded <br /> citizens to stay safe. <br /> Council Member Vogeli encouraged individuals needing shelter to contact <br /> the Salvation Army. <br /> Council Member Moore reported on closures and late start times for Everett <br /> schools. <br /> President Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance yesterday at <br /> the Snohomish Health District Board meeting. <br /> 48 <br />
