Corporation completed the Water Filtration Plant Portal#1 Replacement Project in accordance with <br /> the Project's plans and specifications and to the satisfaction of the Public Works Department. <br /> The final contract amount due Stellar J. Corporation amounts to $763,848.10 which includes Washington <br /> State Sales Tax. The Contractor provided a retainage bond in lieu of retention being withheld. In order to <br /> release the retainage bond the City needs to accept the project and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate <br /> of Completion. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Accept the Water Filtration Plant Portal#1 <br /> Replacement Project with Stellar J.
