This spring, Snohomish County will <br /> partner with local municipalities to conduct and evaluate an enhanced natural yard care program to satisfy <br /> this requirement. The cost of participating in the County effort for$6,500.00 is significantly less than the cost <br /> of the City conducting a stand-alone evaluation.
