In accordance with EMC 14.08.180 and <br /> in light of the usefulness of backwater valves in mitigating property damage during storm events,the <br /> City should require,to the extent practically possible and appropriate, installation of backwater valves <br /> on all properties within the City's upcoming Sewer M project in North Everett. <br /> b. Response Policy. For City Council consideration, City staff will prepare a policy <br /> on how the City should respond and manage future storm events. <br /> c. Combined System.
