The <br /> surrounding areas are zoned R-S Suburban Residential. The compound will be <br /> landscaped with 3' high arborvitae to help conceal the fencing. There are nc, <br /> sensitive land use areas that will be affected by the height increase of this <br /> SNOPUD pole or the construction of the Cleanvire equipment compoun�i. <br /> Conclusion: Adding addilional wireless communication facilities on a replacement <br /> PUD pole will not adversely impact the surrounding residential land uses. <br /> 6. The number, size and location of signs, especially as they �elate to more <br /> sensitive land uses. <br /> Findin9s: Generally, a 12"x12" placard sign will be posted on the current fencing. <br /> This small sign will not cause any major shadowing on any sensitive land areas. <br /> Conclusion: All signs are subject to review and approval by tlie Everett Planning <br /> Department, and the appiicant must obtain a sign permit from the Everett Building <br /> Department. <br /> 7. The landscaping, buffering and screening of buildings, parking, loading and <br /> storage areas, especially as they re�ate to more sensitive Iand uses. <br /> Findenqs: The area direcUy around lhe new cement pad will be re-graded to meet <br /> standard run-off requirements. There will be no buildings, parking, or storage <br /> are�s added to this site therefore, there is no additional landscaping required. <br /> Landscaping for the compound was addressed in Item #5. <br /> Conciusion: No landscaping is required far this project. <br /> 8. The generation of nuisance irritants such as noise, smoice, dust, odor, glare, <br /> visual bliglit or otlier undesirable impacts. <br /> Findings: Due to the small size and location of the proposed equipment or� this <br /> site, no "nuisance irritants" will be produced by this installation. The proposed <br /> equipment will not create any excessive amounts of smoke, dust, odor, glare, or <br /> visual blight on the surrounding land uses. <br /> Conclusion: The proposal will not generate nuisance irritants. <br /> 9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett General Plan fior the <br /> area and Isnd use designation in which the property is located. <br /> Findin�s: The site is zoned R-S, Single-Family Suburban. By providing wireless <br /> internet access, Clearv✓ire is helping to create an attractive, affordable, and <br /> dependable wireless bro2dband connection fnr use wherever internet access may <br /> ��� <br />
