A) <br /> Plan Check No: B1605-015 <br /> Dear Mr. Schutz, <br /> In response to your application for a construction permit, your plans have been examined and you are <br /> advised that revisions may be necessary before a permit can be issued. Please review and respond to the <br /> comments below.These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2012 <br /> International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2012 International <br /> Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2012 International Energy Conservation (IECC), as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and adopted by the city of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> accessible design is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities"(ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal <br /> ADA, FHA, and HUD regulations and standards, including the Fair Housing Accessibility Guidelines may be <br /> more restrictive. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two complete new sets of construction documents reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The submitted geotech report is a draft. Please submit an official version. <br /> 2. The foundation plan does not include dimensions for the footings beneath wall panels 18,19, 20 <br /> and 21. <br /> 3. Panel 44 should be 4 ft. taller than panel 45. <br /> 4. The transverse reinforcing in the continuous footings does not appear to be specified. <br /> 5. The size of the drag beams is not included on the roof framing plan. <br /> 6. A plywood layup detail should be included to show the configuration and size of the plywood <br /> panels. <br /> 7. Detail 2/S5.1 indicates the 4x6 subpurlins @ 8 ft. on center. <br /> 8. Detail 2/S4.1 indicates the requirement for footing to wall vertical dowels. <br /> 9. Detail 9/S4.2 appears incomplete. <br /> 10. Detail 3/S4.3 appears incomplete. <br /> 11.
