An updated geotechnical report has been issued and reference in the general structural
notes.
2. The required footings have been added to the foundation plan sheet S2.0.
3. The top of footing have been updated on the south and west elevations. The panel 44 top
of footing is now shown as 4'lower than top of footing for panel 45.
4. The transverse reinforcing shown in detail 4/S4.1 is not required and has been removed.
5. The drag beams on grids F and G are now called out on sheet S2.1.
6. A sheathing layup has been added to the roof framing plan. It shows the sheathing size and
the offset requirements as well as clarification of"continuous"and"other"panel edges.
7. Detail 2/S5.1 has been modified to change the spacing of the 4x6 subpurlins to 4'-0"o.c.
which matches the spacing of the connection plate below the subpurlin.
8. Detail 2/S4.1 has been modified to show that the vertical footing dowel does not occur at all
locations. The intent is that the typical panel to footing detail 4/S4.1 does not have a direct
connection of the panel to the footing, just a panel to slab connection. The only locations
where the tilt-up panels connect to the footing is at the highly loaded shear walls
9. Detail 9/S4.2 has been updated. The intent of the detail is primarily to show the continuous
corner bar for the return leg.
10. Detail 3/S4.3 has been updated.
818 Stewart Street,Suite 1000 Seattle,Washington,98101 Phone(206)332-1900
Service Innovation Value
