Property dimensions location of all buildings, parking areas, driveways and landscape areas. B. Location of proposed signs, including the sign height and sign area for each sign. C. Location of proposed signs, including setbacks from property lines and other signs(on- sight and adjacent sites). D. Location of protective islends required by Section 36.090 for freestanding signs. E. Location of all existing signs on site and include sign area, sign height and setback from property line. Notate which signs are proposed for removal and/or modification. F. Call out new sign area. 2. Elevation Drawing Drawn to Scale Showing: A: For freestanding signs, show the height, dimensions and sign area of all proposed and existing signs. B. For wall signs, the dimensions and facade area of the facade of the particular business or entity for wh�ch the sign permit is being applied. C. For projecting signs, the dimensions of the sign, its proJection from the building, and vertical clearance above grade. 3. Structural, electrical and any other plans which demonstrate that the proposed sign meets all building and electrical code requirements, including size and spacing of attachments (bolts). 4. Landscape plans for all protective islands required by Section 36.090 of the Zoning Code for freestanding signs. PERMIT APPLICATION MAY BE MADE by ownerftenant or a state licensed contractor.
