On March 21, 2001, the Appellant filed a request <br /> for reconsideration. (A copy of the request for reconsideration is attached hereto <br /> for reference purposes.) <br /> A review has been made of all of the issues as set forth in the reguest for <br /> reconsideration. The Appellant has failed to set forth new evidence to support <br /> reconsideration of the decision. The issues raised in the request would not <br /> change the decision of the Hearing Examiner, and are not dispositive of the <br /> relevant issues of the appeal. All issues have either been addressed or are not <br /> relevant to the specific issue of this matter, the issuance of a Review Process II <br /> Special Property Use Permit for the installation of six panel antennas on the roof <br /> at 1030 Broadway Avenue, Everett, Washington. <br /> The request for reconsideration is denied. <br /> Done and dated this 6th day of April, 2001. <br /> �• .r� <br /> � �.
