February 20, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., February 20, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William <br /> E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll <br /> call, it was found that Council Members Roberts, Moore, Vogeli, Bader, and <br /> Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin and Council Members Murphy and <br /> Stonecipher were excused. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 13, 2019, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Member Roberts abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> President Bader announced that the Federal Aviation Administration has <br /> approved the start of commercial flights at Paine Field in Everett. <br /> Council Member Vogeli reported on her attendance at the Harborview- <br /> Seahurst-Glenhaven Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts provided a liaison report from the Delta <br /> Neighborhood meeting. He also announced that the General Government <br /> Subcommittee is scheduled to meet on March 20. <br /> Vice President Tuohy reported on her attendance at a meeting with the <br /> Everett Public Library Director, and spoke about new programs offered by <br /> the library. <br /> President Bader reported on his attendance at the Lowell Neighborhood <br /> meeting. <br /> 55 <br />
