If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation <br /> of completion,you may: <br /> 1) Request an inspection of work that hu occurred, to document continuing progtess, <br /> or 2) Request final inspedion iE the work is completed, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> A copy of the permit is enclosed. Pleue respond within 10 days.
