Property dimensions, location of all buildings, parking areas, <br />driveways and landscape areas. <br />b. Location of all existing signs, including the sign height and <br />sign area for each sigm <br />c. Location of all proposed signs, including setbacks from property <br />lines, other signs (on -site and on adjacent sites). <br />d. Location of protective islands required by Section 36.090 for <br />freestanding signs. <br />e. Location of any signs to be removed or modified. <br />f. Which nonconforming signs are proposed to remain. <br />2. Elevation Drawing drawn to scale showing: <br />a. For freestanding signs show the height, dimensions and sign area <br />of all proposed and existing signs. <br />b. For wall signs, the dimensions and fa.ade area of the facade of the <br />particular business -.or entity fcr which the sign permit is being <br />applied. <br />c. For projecting signs, the dimensions of the sign, its projection <br />from the building, and the verXical clearance above grade. <br />3. Landscape Plan for all protective islands required by Section 36.090 of <br />the zoning code for freestanding signs. <br />9. Structural, Electrical and any other plans which demonstrate to the <br />Building Official that the proposed sign meets all requirements of <br />the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Sign Code, National Electric Code <br />and any other building related codes of the City of Everett. <br />
