• <br /> March 6, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., March 6, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore <br /> Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was <br /> found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Murphy, Vogeli, <br /> Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Member Moore was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the February 27, 2019, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin stated she attended the Parks Department service awards <br /> ceremony today. She also stated the City has received seven applications <br /> for the Districting Commission and encouraged citizens to consider applying <br /> for the commission. • <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report from the Pinehurst — <br /> Beverly Park Neighborhood meeting. He reported on his attendance at the <br /> Public Facilities District meeting. He also stated he attended the Alaska <br /> Airlines gate warming ceremony on Sunday at Paine Field. <br /> Council Member Vogeli stated she toured the Public Facilities District arena <br /> and announced that she would be absent next week. <br /> Council Member Roberts thanked everyone involved in bringing commercial <br /> air service to Paine Field. He stated he attended the NAACP Freedom Fund <br /> Gala on Saturday. Council Member Roberts stated the next General <br /> Government Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for March 20. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher provided a liaison report from the Westmont- <br /> Holly Neighborhood meeting on Monday. She also stated the next Public <br /> Safety Subcommittee meeting is scheduled for March 13 at 5 p.m. <br /> • <br /> 68 <br />
