Jackson <br /> Park, the SEPA process, appraisals of the properties, funds the City would <br /> receive by converting the land to private property, and boundary lines <br /> adjustments. <br /> Ryan Weber, Everett, spoke about concerns of the surrounding community <br /> and the use of funds from the properties. <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council Member <br /> Moore, who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to table the approval of a vacation of a portion of State <br /> Street, a portion of 17th Street, and alleyways within Blocks 324 and <br /> 325, Plat of Riverdale Addition. <br /> Discussion ensued regarding the proposed community development for the <br /> land between the vacation property and Henry M. Jackson Park, using the <br /> funds for neighborhood improvement, and working with staff on traffic <br /> updates and changes. <br /> Council Member Roberts withdrew his motion. <br /> Council directed Mr. Palacios to prepare a draft ordinance subject to the <br /> conditions as contained in the staff report. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — GOLF MANAGEMENT <br /> s <br /> 72 <br />
