� arra <br />\hTR <br />Q <br />9 a CITY OF EVERETT <br />USE PERMIT #1-95 <br />March 15, 1995 <br />Applicant: Ramona Boylan <br />6917 Evergreen Way <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Location: 6919 Evergreen Way <br />Use: A 1,220 square foot single family residence <br />Proposed Use: Drive thru restaurant and consumer service office (carpet cleming). <br />Zoning: B-2, Community Business <br />Parking required: Eight off-street parking spaces <br />A permit for the above described change of use is hereby granted with the folloHing <br />conditions that must be met prior to use: <br />1. Submit a final landscape plan that will meet the approval of the Plannitg <br />Department. The plan shall consist of a minimum ten foot wide landscape strip <br />along Evergreen Way and a five foot wide landscaped strip along the interior <br />property lines with Type III landscaping. Up to five feet of required landscapirg <br />can be placed on City right-of-way if approved by the Public Works Departmen. <br />Required landscaping must be installed prior to issuance of the Final Certificate d <br />Occupancy or provide a bond worth 300% of the remaining improvements. <br />2. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standard; <br />shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parking layout, <br />landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and <br />all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department <br />approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits bring issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed and approved warranted before the Occupancy <br />Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br />3. Full standard (half) street improvements are required to Evergrem way including <br />but not limited to curb, gutter, sidewalks, street widening w.d drainage control per <br />City Design Standards. <br />4. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact tie surrounding <br />properties. <br />
