(3rd and final reading on 3-27-19). <br /> CONSENT: <br /> (7) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount <br /> of $3,657,866.98 for the period of March 2, 2019 through March 8, 2019. <br /> (8) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $4,125,250.55 for the period of ending March 2, 2019. <br /> (9) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic claims against the City of Everett in <br /> the amount of $5,706,406.71 for the period of January 1, 2019 through January 31, <br /> 2019. <br /> (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement <br /> with HDR Engineering, Inc., for an additional amount of $100,236.00 for the Water <br /> Pollution Control Facility FEN Pump Station and Chlorination Building Upgrade. <br /> (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Agreement with Washington Health Care <br /> for Ground Emergency Medical Transport at no cost to the city. <br /> (12) Call for Bids for the Downtown Streetscape Phase 3 Project. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Tax Recovery <br /> Services for a utility tax compliance audit. <br /> (14) Authorize the Purchase of 18 Eldorado Aerotech paratransit vehicles from Schetky Bus <br /> and Van Sales in the amount of $1,810,073.00 to include vehicles, FTA-required travel <br /> and in service cost. <br /> (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with HopeWorks <br /> Social Enterprises for supervision of diversion programs in an amount not to exceed <br /> $110,000. <br /> (16) Adopt Resolution concerning 2019 Community Development Block Grant Annual Action <br /> plan and allocations of CDBG, HOME, and 2060 Housing Trust Funds. <br />
