Applied Research Northwest 3/13/2019

In preparation for updating its consolidated plan for its Community Development Block Grant, the City of Everett(City) is seeking community needs assessment data for its low-income residents. Applied Research Northwest(ARN) has recently collected such data for Snohomish County and has permission to use the data to help meet the City's needs. ARN will provide the following information in report form: • Identify City residents in the data, including residents of the Urban Growth Area zip codes of 98208 and 98205 • Replicate the Snohomish County graphics and tables using City residents' responses • Provide a gap analysis specific to Senior citizens who responded to the survey • If feasible, provide some discussion of the findings • Provide the report in a format that can be harvested from easily for additional reporting and writing by the City. ARN will target the work to be completed before April 4, 2019. ARN will provide a MS Word document with page numbes and a table of figures and tables orgaized by subject areas. Each page will contain a table or graphic and discussion. ARN will also provide the Excel file that is used to construct the tables and graphics so the City can modify the colors and styles if needed.
