Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> General <br /> 1. The makeup air and intake location for the spray booth should be shown on the plans. <br /> IMC Section 510.6.5 <br /> 2. If the roof is combustible construction, the exhaust duct should be shown with a <br /> minimum of 6"of clearance. IMC Table 510.9.2 <br /> 3. Welding warning signs stating: NO WELDING. THE USE OF WELDING OR CUTTING <br /> EQUIPMENT IN OR NEAR THIS AREA IS DANGEROUS BECAUSE OF FIRE AND <br /> EXPLOSION HAZARDS. WELDING AND CUTTING SHALL BE DONE ONLY UNDER THE <br /> SUPERVISION OF THE PERSON IN CHARGE. IFC Section 2403.2.7 <br /> 4. It should be shown on the site plan that the exhaust termination is a minimum of 30 <br /> feet to a lot line. IFC Section 2404.7.6 <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Existing <br /> Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical <br /> Code (IMC), and/or the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State <br /> of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br />
