In June we accepted a plan check fee of$29.25, it looks as though there were enough corrections that for one reason or another that application had been abandoned—and in November a set of plans and a new application was accepted and a much larger plan check fee was collected. I have applied the payment from the previous plan check fee to the new building permit fee; leaving a balance of$ 1312.26 due. There is also a System D- - • • ent fee due of$ 3465.40. Permit Services had notified you of a Traffic Mitigation fee of$6213.24—up•• • e -vi-w,the Traffic Department has now stated that fee has been cancelled; bringing the amount due o$4777.66. When you review the approved set of plans,you will see that differed submittals are necessary,one being plumbing that will need to include a grease trap.
