Roof area is 900 SF with 500 SF of vertical parapet walls.Roof has up to two layers of membrane. 2. Roof is heavily populated with RTUs and ducts. 3. Prepare roof surfaces,lift and disconnect HVAC RTUs and ducts as needed. t 4. Remove and properly dispose existing roofing,flashings and scuppers. 1 i4 5. ''''' 8. Install roofing membrane over area to receive roofing per membrane,roofing system manufacturer's written instructions.Unroll roofing membrane and allow relaxing before installing. 9. Accurately align roofing membrane and maintain uniform side and end laps of minimum dimensions required by manufacturer.Stagger end laps.Clean seam areas,overlap roofing membrane,and hot-air weld side and end laps of roofing membrane according to manufacturer's written instructions to ensure a watertight seam installation.Apply lap sealant to seal cut edges of roofing membrane. 10. Install new scuppers.Spread sealant or mastic bed over deck drain flange at deck drains and securely seal roofing membrane in place. 11. Apply fully adhered TPO membrane at all roof curbs and chimneys base. 12. Replace and properly flash air exhaust and utility vents.Flash electrical mast with field-formed flexible flashing. 13. Flash penetrations and field-formed inside and outside corners with sheet flashing.Clean seam areas and overlap and firmly roll sheet flashings into the adhesive.Weld side and end laps to ensure a watertight seam installation.Terminate and seal top of sheet flashings and mechanically anchor to substrate through termination bars. 14. Install new edge metal flashings.Secure edge metal with steel screws,equipped with EPDM Rubber washers. 15. Reset all RTUs and ducts. . 16. Clean and dispose all generated debris. 17. Construction quality shall be professional and equal to that normally expected delivered at the journeyman level from within trades utilized. Periodic and final inspections during and at the completion shall ensure that quality. The restaurant will be closed for two days beginning from starting day Accepted.
