Ted de Budden
From: Donald Cunningham
Sent: Thursday,January 11, 2018 8:29 AM
To: Tony Lee; Leroy McNulty
Cc: Ted de Budden;Jeffery Alford; Steve Goforth; Steve Ingalsbe; Katie Rathbun
Subject: RE: 30 Glenwood Ave
Thanks Tony!
From: Tony Lee
Sent: Thursday, January 11, 2018 8:29 AM
To: Donald Cunningham; Leroy McNulty
Cc: Ted de Budden; Jeffery Alford; Steve Goforth; Steve Ingalsbe; Katie Rathbun
Subject: RE: 30 Glenwood Ave
I have done the research in our address file records, Snohomish County Assessor Field Notes and the Polk Directory(our
standard resource trio) and have found no evidence that would substantiate any legal (or"grandfathered")dwelling unit
at this address. Or more directly—any dwelling unit at this address is unlawful and has been installed without required
permits, inspections or approvals.
Thanks,Tony
From: Donald Cunningham
Sent: Wednesday, January 10, 2018 12:04 PM
To: Leroy McNulty; Tony Lee
Cc: Ted de Budden; Jeffery Alford; Steve Goforth; Steve Ingalsbe; Katie Rathbun
Subject: FW: 30 Glenwood Ave
All-
I spoke with one of the owners, Steve Sittauer 425 418-5988,and sent him the email below. He indicates he is willing to
have the City inspector complete an inspection of the building—and will seek to be available around 9:30 or 10 a.m.
tomorrow.
He told me he and partners Tyler Olson and another family member,John, purchased the building about 4 years ago. He
said the former owner had lived in the lower dwelling unit for approx. 30 years until his death. They assumed residential
use of the structure had been approved. He understands the entire structure must currently remain vacant, that a VC
will be issued in the near future for violations including work without permits rendering the structure unlawful, and that
they will need to get permits, approvals, and final approvals to address code concerns.
Ted-Jeff- if you can be available for inspection tomorrow morning—that would be great.
Thanks!
Don
From: Donald Cunningham
Sent: Wednesday, January 10, 2018 11:56 AM
To: 'ssittauer@yahoo.com'
Cc: Steve Goforth
Subject: 30 Glenwood Ave
Hello Mr.Sittauer,
