The SR said 2203 E. Grand;the correct address is 2113 I believe. <br /> The dirt that has be excavated did not look like a threat, it looked too far from a ditch and the vegetation too dense. <br /> I called the permit counter and they said 2113 has no active permits. I think this is a Code Enforcement/Building Dept. issue. <br /> I would like to go out when someone does go and see what they have done more up close in case my observation was is <br /> incorrect. <br /> I would think that they should at the very least hydro seed the exposed dirt,just my opinion.
