It shows to be a duplex, but I'm suspicious.The tenant has moved out of the lower unit and called it in. <br /> When I arrived the exterminator was there and said that the lower unit was overrun with rats.The tenant in the upper <br /> unit invited me in to look.The exterior walls are literally rotting in place.The sills and lintels of the window openings are <br /> falling apart. I could push on the wall sections and they moved at least an inch back and forth.The weatherhead for the <br /> 1 <br />
