These comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2017 National Electrical Code,) (2017 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. (1)The Electrical Permit plans for 9001 Airport Road requires corrections. Please submit to the permit counter in hard copy a transmittal sheet along with two copies of revised plans drawn by a licensed engineer registered in the state of Washington for compliance with WAC296-46B-900(3)(e). Please review WAC296-46B-900 for the required elements that need to be shown in your plan. If you have any questions, please email or call me at (425) 259-7270. Upon submittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence. All required submittals shall be sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. Please prepare a response letter showing where each item in this correction letter is addressed on the plan set.
