<br /> waste are produced; for buildings designed for .
<br /> more than two families, for trailler camps, hotels,
<br /> motels, schools and similar buildings, or when
<br /> grease trans are required by Sections No. 1008
<br /> or 1009; the method of sewage disposal shall be
<br /> approved by, and constructed in accordance with
<br /> ..
<br /> the requirements of the Health Officer or the
<br /> Department having jurisdiction.
<br /> (c) Nothing contaired in this chapter shall be
<br /> construed to orevent the Health Officer from
<br /> requiring compliance with higher requirements
<br /> than those contained herein where such higher
<br /> requirements are essential to maintain a sanitary
<br /> condition.
<br /> (d) Cesspools shall in no event be permitted. 0
