I think you told me the contractor <br /> had discovered some septic concerns—but I do not know what you found. <br /> I have cc'd the new owner, Nehal Raval. He believes he has been told to stop all work at these properties until the septic <br /> is sorted out. Is that accurate? I suggested he may have to have the septic system repaired and/or serviced to move <br /> ahead—if what he was told is accurate.
