We have been brought in to document the project and have prepared new <br /> documents for this purpose. The new plans are dated 4/24/18 and should address the <br /> comments as follows: <br /> 1. Please see A2.1, A2.2, A3.1 and A4.1 which include plans, elevations and <br /> sections of the project as well as details and notes. We have addressed wall construction, <br /> insulation and extent of work on these plans. <br /> 2. We have noted the roof nailing and have referred to nailing schedule for misc. <br /> nailing. Please see A2.1 and A2.2 <br /> 3. Please see A2.2 for roof plan and roof framing layout. <br /> 4. We have noted exhaust fans on the floor plans on A2.2. This project includes <br /> repairs to the existing home and not an addition or expansion of any kind. <br /> 5. Lumber species and header sizes are noted on A2.2. No headers are <br /> anticipated to need replacement. <br /> 6. Please see A2.1 for smoke and carbon mon. detector locations. <br /> 7. This project includes only repairs as a result of damage.
