The <br />following information is needed prior to further plan review. <br />1. No manufacturer name or model number were submitted for the dishwasher (item #17), the <br />pizza preparation table (item #22), and the freezer/coolers (items #24 and #25). This <br />information must be submitted. <br />3. No manufacturer name was submitted for the stove (item #3), und the broiler (item #4). Manufacturer <br />name and modcl number for thc ice maker or ice bin must be submitted. <br />Coffee equipment is i�dicated on the Floor plan at the wait station. It is not included on the <br />equipment list. The manufacturer name and model number for the coffee equipment must be <br />submitted. <br />6. List of equipment notin2 manufacturer and model numbers for any counter top equipment, <br />such as slice:s, soup warmers or rice cookers. <br />7 <br />3. <br />All food servicc equipment must bc listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for <br />its intended use. The True refrigerator model #GTM-41 (items #7, #8, #9 and #l0), was not <br />found in thc currcnt NSF or equivalent listing. This unit must be replaced with NSF or <br />equivalent listed equipment or documentation must be submitted whi^h demonstrates NSF <br />equivalency. Manufacturer names and model numbers for replacement units must be <br />submitted. It is recommended that the originai model number be checked for accuracy. <br />No handwash sink is shown at the wait station. A handwash sink is required at tha wait <br />station. <br />9. No drainboard is indicated at the vegetable sink (i.e. food preparation s9'ak). The food <br />preU: uion sink must have at least one integral drainboard. <br />��2 <br />
