ORDINANCE NO.S 1y- 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A <br /> 1 PORTION OF 14TH AVENUE WEST <br /> 2 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1149 of the City of Everett, the <br /> 3 City Council has declared its intentions to vacate said <br /> 4 right-of-way; and <br /> 5 <br /> 6 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett did by <br /> 7 resolution duly adopted, fix the 2nd day of June, 1976 at <br /> 8 10: 00 a.m. of said day, for the hearing and determination of <br /> 9 said Resolution; and <br /> 10 <br /> 11 WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said <br /> 12 hearing and determination of said Resolution has been given out <br /> 13 in the manner prescribed by law; and <br /> 14 <br /> 15 WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, favorable <br /> 16 statements and objections to the vacating of the herein described <br /> 17 right-of-way were heard and discussed; and <br /> 18 <br /> 19 WHEREAS , it now appears to the City Council of the City of <br /> 20 Everett, that the portion of said right-of-way resolved to be <br /> 21 vacated should be vacated; <br /> 22 <br /> 23 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 24 <br /> Section 1: <br /> 25 <br /> 26 A portion of 14th Avenue West lying south of 30th Street <br /> 27 S .W. and north of S.R. 526 be and the same is hereby vacated. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Section 2 : <br /> 30 <br /> That the ordinance shall not become effective until the <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
