Vj 7- 7 AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of boundaries of certain of the precincts within the City of Everett for the purpose of coordinating precinct boundaries with other jurisdictional boundaries. 1 2 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 3 Section 1: That Section 1.08.690 of the Everett Municipal Code which reads 4 as follows: 5 1.08.690 Precinct 68. Precinct No. 68 is bounded on the south by the south lines 6 of Sections 35 and 36,Township 29 North, Range 4 E.W.M.;on the west by the centerline of said Section 35; on the north by 7 Mukilteo Boulevard and on the east by Seahurst Avenue.(Prior code 51.62.690.) 8 9 Being the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 10 1.08.690 Precinct No. 68 11 Beginning at a point on the North line of Mukilteo Boulevard and East line of Lot 5, 12 Plat of Darlington Re-Plat Lot "X" extended Northly True Point of Beginning, thence 13 continue southwesterly to the North East corner of Tract 5 and the South line of 14 Mukilteo Boulevard at its intersection with the West margin of Water Way in the 15 said Re-plat Lot "X"; thence continue southwesterly along the West margin of said Water•Way and the East lines of Tracts 5 and 36 in the said Re-Plat of Lot "•X" 16 to the North West corner of Tract 34 of said Re-Plat of Lot "X"; thence south 17 easterly along the west margin of said Water Way: to its point of intersection 18 with the West line of said Queen Anne Addition; thence southerly along the 19 said West line of Queen Anne Addition to the southwest comer of said Queen Anne 20 Addition; thence easterly along the South line of said Queen Anne Addition to its point of intersection with the West line of the South East 1/4 of the North East 21 1/4 of the South East 1/4 of Section 35, Township 29 North, Range 4 .East W.M.; 22 thence northerly along the West line of said subdivision to the North West 23 corner thereof; thence easterly along the North line of said subdivision to the 24 North East corner thereof and the East line of said Queen Anne Addition; thence 25 • south to the South East corner of Section 35, Township 29 North, Range 4 East; 26 thence east along the North line of Section 1, Township 28 North, Range 4 East to the intersection of the West line of Seahurst Avenue; thence North along 27 said West line of North line at Mukilteo Boulevard; thence West along said 28 North line to the True Point of Beginning. 29 30 Section 2: That Section 1.08.780 of the Everett Municipal Code which reads 31 as follows: 32
