Precinct No. 102 is bounded on the south by Mukilteo 4 Boulevard and the corporate limits of Mukilteo; on the east by the centerline of Section 35, Township 29 North, Range 4 5 E.W.M.; on the north by the shoreline of Port Gardner Bay;and on the west by the corporate limits of Mukilteo.
